Who works with us
Three profiles come back most often. Small and mid-sized companies digitising an internal process that has outgrown a spreadsheet, or rebuilding a site that has become slow and invisible in search. We work in French for clients in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and in English for products aimed at wider markets. The team stays deliberately small — four to five experienced people, with no layer of project managers between you and the people producing the work.
What we commit to contractually
You own the code. Rights transfer to you on delivery and Git repositories are created under your organisation. No licence, no mandatory subscription, no clause tying you to our studio: you can bring the project in-house or move it elsewhere whenever you decide to.
Confidentiality and white-label. We sign an NDA before the first scoping workshop. For agencies, deliverables go out under your brand and your clients never hear our name.
Data and GDPR. Your data is hosted on your own infrastructure or with a European provider of your choice, never on ours. We supply the technical documentation your compliance needs: processing, retention periods, export and deletion.
One to two hours of time difference. Madagascar is at GMT+3. Our working days overlap almost entirely with yours, and we work in your language — on a business-logic project, that removes the translation layer that makes specifications drift.
How we work
Every project starts with a written, costed scope that also states what is excluded. That document is the reference for the whole engagement, and it removes the unpleasant end-of-project argument about what was supposed to be included.
We then build in one to two week batches, with a staging URL available at all times. You see progress live and flag gaps as they appear, while fixing them still costs hours. Nobody waits three months to find out what was built.
