To make the first exchange useful, tell us the type of project, the context (new build, redesign, taking over something existing), a rough budget and the deadline you have in mind. Even approximate, those four things save a round trip and a day of your time.
Our team is in Antananarivo at GMT+3, one to two hours ahead of Western Europe depending on the season. In practice we are reachable from 7am to 5pm Central European Time, Monday to Friday.
A message sent at the end of your working day is handled the next morning, before yours starts. Requests arriving at the weekend are answered on Monday. During an active project, clients use a shared channel — Slack, Teams or WhatsApp, whichever they prefer — and usually get an answer within the hour during working hours.
