Why build custom software at all?
An off-the-shelf product asks you to adapt your organisation to how it works. Custom development does the opposite: the code follows your process, your vocabulary and your rules. That is not always worth it — for accounting or payroll, a market SaaS product remains the right answer, and we will tell you so.
Custom work earns its place when your process is what differentiates you, when no product covers more than seventy percent of the need, or when you are already compensating with shared spreadsheets. Over three years the arithmetic often favours building: a tool built once and maintained usually costs less than a per-seat subscription that grows with every hire.

Are you an agency? We work white-label
A large share of our work is production for web and marketing agencies. Deliverables go out under your brand with no mention of our studio, and an NDA is signed before anything starts. You keep the client relationship and the margin; we take the production load.

Why a team in Madagascar?
Our studio is in Antananarivo. Madagascar sits at GMT+3, one to two hours ahead of Western Europe depending on the season. Working days overlap almost entirely, which matters on any project that needs decisions made the same day rather than the next one.
The team works in French and English. On a project where the specification lives in conversations rather than in a document, removing the translation layer is the single biggest practical difference with a team several time zones away.
Then there is cost: 50 to 70 percent less than a Western European agency at the same level of seniority. You are not paying for less experience, you are paying for lower overheads. On a forty-day project that difference is commonly €15,000 to €25,000.
