Graphic design and brand identity for growing companies
Graphic design covers a company's visual assets: logo, brand guidelines, banners, sales documents and social media artwork. Budget €400 to €1,200 for a logo with guidelines and €60 to €150 per asset, delivered in five to fifteen days. Source files and usage rights transfer to you. Firm quote within 24 hours.
What we mean by graphic design
Two different things get sold under the same word. The first is identity: the logo and the rules that govern how it is used — colours, typefaces, spacing, what is allowed and what is not. That is done once and lives for years. The second is production: the banners, one-pagers, proposals and social posts that apply those rules week after week.
Most companies need the second far more often than the first, and get stuck because the rules were never written down. Every new asset becomes a fresh set of decisions, so nothing looks like it comes from the same company.
Our position is unfashionable: a full rebrand is rarely the right answer. If your logo is acceptable and your positioning has not changed, writing down the missing rules costs a fraction of a rebrand and fixes the actual problem. We say so when that is the case.
What we deliver
Source files are handed over on every engagement, in editable formats. Usage rights transfer on delivery, with no time limit and no restriction on medium.
Logo and variants
Primary mark plus the variants real use demands: horizontal, stacked, single colour, small size, light and dark backgrounds, favicon.
Brand guidelines
Exact palette with reference values, typefaces and their licences, spacing rules, image treatment, and examples of correct and incorrect use.
Sales and corporate material
Proposal and quote templates, one-pagers, presentation decks, business cards and print material, in editable templates.
Social media assets
Post and story templates per platform, in the current formats, built so your team can reuse them without a designer.
Web and campaign banners
Display, email and landing page artwork in the standard sizes, with variants for A/B testing.
Illustrations and diagrams
Custom illustration and technical diagrams for content marketing, in a style consistent with the identity.
How much does graphic design cost?
Identity work is quoted per engagement, production per asset. These are our real ranges, in euros excluding tax.
| Service | French agency | French freelancer | Externalize |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custom brochure website (5–8 pages) | 6 000 – 15 000 € | 3 000 – 8 000 € | 1 500 – 5 000 € |
| Developer day rate | 500 – 900 €/day | 350 – 650 €/day | 180 – 320 €/day |
| Monthly maintenance | 300 – 1 500 €/month | 150 – 600 €/month | 90 – 400 €/month |
| Internal tool / automation | 10 000 – 40 000 € | 5 000 – 20 000 € | 4 000 – 15 000 € |
A logo alone with its variants is €400 to €800; a logo with full brand guidelines is €800 to €2,000. Individual assets run €60 to €150. A Western European agency typically charges €1,500 to €5,000 for the same identity scope. Request a firm quote within 24 hours.
Our five-step process
- 1
Brief and positioning
Who you sell to, against whom, and what you want to be recognised for. Plus a look at what your competitors already use, so the result does not blend into them.
- 2
Directions
Two or three distinct directions applied to a real asset rather than to a mood board, so you are judging something concrete.
- 3
Refinement
The chosen direction developed and tested at the sizes it will actually appear in — a logo that only works at 400 pixels wide is not finished.
- 4
Variants and rules
All the variants real use requires, plus the written rules that keep the identity coherent once other people start applying it.
- 5
Handover
Source files, exports in every needed format, and a note on which typefaces carry a commercial licence you need to buy in your own name.
Tools we use
Standard formats and standard tools, so any designer can pick up your files afterwards.
Why a team in Madagascar?
Design production runs on short feedback cycles. Our team is in Antananarivo, one to two hours ahead of Western Europe and working in French and English, so a round of comments sent in the afternoon comes back the next morning.
Local costs let us charge 50 to 70 percent less than a Western European studio. On recurring production — the weekly social assets, the monthly campaign banners — that ratio is what makes consistent output affordable instead of something you do when there is spare budget.
Source files and usage rights transfer on delivery, with no time limit. The only thing we cannot transfer is a commercial typeface licence, which has to be bought in your own name; we flag those explicitly rather than leaving you to discover it.
